Eric has a broad finance and accounting background with over 26 years of experience. He was responsible for mortgage loan servicing, mortgage loan securitization delivery to GNMA and FNMA, negotiating warehouse capacities, treasury management, strategic business plan, debt & equity financing, capital market positions, multi branch financial packages, key performance indicators, and contract reviews. He has extensive exposure in mortgage loan origination channels such as retail, direct to consumer, wholesale, and correspondent channels.
Prior to CCS, he was the CFO for Summit Funding, Inc. and participated in the organic growth of the company with over $1B mortgage loans originations. He has held financial executive positions as Senior Controller for Pacific Union Financial LLC and Corporate Controller for Megastar Financial Corporation. At Pacific Union Financial LLC, he was part of the team who assisted in providing the infra structure for loan delivery to GNMA and FNMA. Eric spearheaded the financial reporting package with strict deadlines for 40 partner branches at Megastar Financial Corporation. At BWC (Bank of Walnut Creek) Mortgage Services, Eric was the EVP Finance and CFO responsible for the strategic growth of the mortgage banking activities. He was responsible for the transition from mortgage broker to banker and successfully made a material financial difference in the growth plan. In addition, he negotiated and secured warehouse capacities.
Eric received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University (AACSB) and an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting from National University in San Jose, CA. Eric believes in staying current and well-versed in his skill sets. Eric's most recent conferment in 2018 is of his Executive Master in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno (AACSB).

Tina has extensive experience in FHA Connection specifically in resolving HUD request for audits, MIP payments, insuring FHA files, coordinating challenging files with underwriter, clearing conditions with HUD”s Notice of Rescission, and administrating FHA connection access. She is experienced in post closing department where she was responsible for mortgage file delivery to investors, trailing documents, stacking files, follow up HUD-1 statements, and clearing investor suspense conditions for purchase.
Prior to CCS, she was the FHA Insuring Coordinator for Pacific Union Financial, LLC, and Post Closing Coordinator for Mason McDuffie Mortgage.
Tina attended Tonkawa Junior College pursuing her associate degree in education from Tonkawa, OK.

Loan Securitization and Training
Chelsea is highly regarded at CCS and by those who have had the opportunity to experience her consultation in the areas of Ginnie Net training and mortgage loan transactions. As CCS’s Vice President of Loan Securitization, she trains client companies’ personnel to complete GNMA and FNMA mortgage loan securitization. Chelsea manages mortgage loans in delivery pools while meeting strict GNMA delivery guidelines. She coordinates status on delivery with warehouse lenders, document custodians, sub servicers, and for broker dealer (subscriber) transactions.
Prior to CCS, she led Mortgage Loan Securitizations and Mortgage Servicing at Pacific Union Financial, LLC. Chelsea has also provided personnel training for companies like Summit Funding, Inc. and International City Mortgage.
Training and coaching comes naturally to Chelsea. Her ardent background in cheerleading and tumbling has lead her to coaching in this sport for Famous All Star. Chelsea is a certified (USASF) U.S. All Star Federation coach at the level of 1 and 2 in tumbling and up to level 3 in stunts and tosses. Chelsea earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of North Texas, Denton (AACSB) in 2016. She graduated from LSU Shreveport, LA (AACSB) with an MBA in 2020.
Business Analyst
Michael’s role as a Business Analyst for CCS, Inc. has him assisting in the GSE application process while also a part of direct marketing efforts in CCS’s client solicitation processes. Michael graduated from University of California, Davis (AACSB) in Business Economics 2019. Beyond business economics, Michael also has a passion for building electronic innovations and possess an acumen for computer engineering. These varied areas of interests allows Michael to bring a diversified perspective of industry into CCS, Inc.'s offerings.
