Underwriting Leadership

Everyday our Underwriting Leadership is hard at work driving CCS, Inc., mission in serving our clients with efficient, quality output. Our leadership tackles a number of areas, daily, to ensure our clients the best.

  

  • Provides staff training and development on underwriting and Pre-Funding QC
  • Manages a team of 22 (and growing) Underwriters in the Kuala Lumpur office
  • Allocates daily loan assignments and coordinates with Sr. Underwriting Team on workload
  • Provides quality reviews of underwritten loans from the team
  • Prepares weekly and monthly management reports
  • Provides leadership on Kuala Lumpur office while coordinating with the India office
  • Adheres to client expectations on clearing backlog of underwriting functions
  • Spearheads compliance audits for client engagements
  • Administers 1-day turn times on 20 to 30 loans daily for loan underwritings per FNMA and FHLMC guidelines

CCS Support Leadership - Kochi

Arun MB

Arun's locust of supervision is far reaching as he heads up CCS Support's underwriting leadership in two global locations.  He manages a number of areas:

  • Manages a team of 4 Senior Underwriters in Kochi, India, and 22 Underwriters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • Provides staff training and development for underwriters on underwriting and Pre-Funding QC
  • Allocates  daily loans assignments and coordinate with Sr. Underwriting Team on workload
  • Provides quality reviews of underwritten loans from the team
  • Prepares weekly and monthly management reports
  • Provides leadership in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Kochi, India offices
  • Adheres to client expectations on clearing backlog of underwriting functions
  • Spearheads Underwriting jump start process and Pre -Funding QC client’s engagements
  • Administers daily turn time on 20 to 30 loans daily for loan underwritten per FNMA and FHLMC guidelines
  • Provide feedback and learning opportunities to the team members

Lijoy Thomas

Lijoy brings in a decade of experience in the US mortgage industry. He is CCS Support's second pair of eyes ensuring internal quality that effectively leads  external excellence. He covers a number of areas to ensure this:

  • Random quality audits of files
  • Provides feedback based on the errors - miss out or invalid conditions 
  • Prepares Customer Monthly Reports
  • Provides progress reports on staff quality and productivity
