CCS was established in January 19, 2007 by Eric and Tina Fan. We have provided clients support with variety of industries such as independent mortgage bankers, venture backed companies, software, and manufacturing.
We focus our services to newly approved seller servicer to GNMA and FNMA. What we bring to the table are the “process” and “training” to our clients with success stories. We manage our clients from “start to finish” with complete project management approach. Our records in getting our clients to deliver 1st pool delivery is within 90 days from the engagement letter with us.
CCS has experienced personnel to train and educate our client’s staff to perform the mortgage loan securitization delivery. We assist our clients with initial Ginnie Net training, setup, monthly support on mortgage loan delivery, GMEP Reporting Feedback System, and portfolio reconciliations. In addition, CCS supports our clients in mortgage servicing area with recruiting, training, and management oversight control plan on sub servicer.
Apart from loan delivery, CCS provides other financial services--accounting, preparing financial reporting, establishing key performance indicators, managing cash flow, equity and debt financing transactions, leveraging strategic relationships and real estate investments.
