We perform underwriting services for wholesale, retail, and correspondent channels for our clients. We service between 150 to 200 loans daily by providing a complete second look on their files before we provide AUS decisions and within client's LOS (Loan Operating Systems).

We provide services for independent mortgage bankers in Pre-Funding QC and compliance audits all while meeting GSE requirements. On a daily basis we complete 10 to 15 loans for our clients within a 24 hour turn time.

Accounting Services
We process, review, and perform month-end closings for our clients. All accounting services are completed online with credit card imports, bank reconciliations, month-end closings, and preparation of monthly financial statements. Books are closed on the 15th of the following month for our clients.
